To do this you need to use the truck and forklift available in the city's fleet. Use them to transport the historical car to the repair shop, where it will be restored to working condition, and then you can ride it at any time. It is the loader and truck you can use to move ramps and other road objects. Among other cars, three sports cars are available to the player: Bugatti, Ferrari and Lamborghini. You can customize any car: repaint it, change the wheels, reinforce the transmission, add power to the engine, put streamlined fenders, etc. You can drive on deserted roads or activate the saturated traffic.
